Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I view mental health and its importance the same way that I view getting my car serviced; sometimes you go in just for a tune up and other times it requires more serious work. Either way, the service is beneficial and things start working a lot smoother afterwards. My goal is to create an environment that is safe and non-judgemental so clients feel comfortable disclosing whatever is on their hearts and minds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients come to me with a variety of concerns/needs ranging from relationship issues, stress, anxiety to simply needing a sounding board. Whatever the concern may be, you are welcome.

What you can expect from our first session

I strongly believe in having a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients and showing them genuineness, empathy, and appropriate humor. I offer a customized approach modified to each of my clients' individual needs. As I like to say to all clients, "you are the expert of your life; I am just here to help you navigate it."
