Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! My name is Courtney and I have experience working with adult individuals, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, and marital conflict. I view mental health and its importance the same way that I view getting my car serviced; sometimes you go in just for a tune up and other times it requires more serious work. Either way, the service is beneficial and things start working a lot smoother afterwards. My goal is to create an environment that is safe and non-judgemental so clients feel comfortable disclosing anything on their hearts and minds.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through a client-centered and psychodynamic lens with a hint of humor, as I believe that you are the expert of your life - I am simply here to help you navigate through it.

What you can expect from me

I communicate with a mix of empathy, directness, and occasional humor. My aim is to create an open dialogue where you feel heard and supported while also gently challenging you to gain new self-awareness and coping tools.
