Great to meet you!

I understand that navigating life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying the weight of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to process your experiences and work toward healing.

I work with adults (18+) facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, traumatic grief, OCD, life transitions, and young adult challenges. Whether you’re adjusting to a new season of life, coping with loss, or working through the lasting effects of difficult experiences, therapy can be a place to gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and begin moving forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered while also gaining practical tools you can use in everyday life.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trauma and Grief Component Therapy to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, and strengthen resilience.

Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, OCD symptoms, grief, or life transitions, my goal is to help you create meaningful and sustainable progress toward improved emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic foundation. I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where you can share at your own pace without fear of judgment.

During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review relevant history, and begin identifying goals for treatment. This is also a space for you to ask questions and determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the path forward toward healing and growth.
