Great to meet you!

We all deserve happiness. That's the point of life, right? Or at least that's what I believe. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in depression and anxiety. Through my experience helping others, I have seen people overcome their challenges time and time again. It's time that you get to conquer yours too.

My approach to therapy

While I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), each client is different and therefore there is no "one size fits all" approach. I will meet you where you feel comfortable and work with you to achieve your goals at your pace. So, there may be days where there is laughter, tears, or sometimes both. I'm happy to be here with you through it all.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process, so I encourage clients to identify what they're looking to accomplish with me. A lot of times, this means improving mood, relationships, or just self exploration. You don't need to have something "wrong" with you to benefit from therapy. If we can help you feel happier and more comfortable with yourself, that would be the ultimate goal.
