Great to meet you!

Our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you better understand yourself with curiosity and compassion, creating space for meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe the ways we learn to cope, protect ourselves, or relate to others often develop for good reasons, even if they no longer serve us. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," we work together to understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped you with curiosity rather than self-criticism. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy, elements of CBT, ACT, somatic approaches, psychoeducation, and parts work to support both insight and practical, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my hope is to meet you with warmth, respect, and curiosity—following your natural pace and honoring where you are emotionally, mentally, and relationally. We'll spend time understanding what brings you to therapy, what feels most important to you, and what you're hoping to gain, while beginning to make sense of your experiences together. There's no expectation to share everything at once or have all the answers—we'll start where you are.
