Great to meet you!

Choosing to begin therapy, either for the first time or with a new therapist, is a courageous act. I welcome the opportunity to work together to unpack whatever is weighing on you, or piquing your interest.

A bit about my approach to therapy

After getting to know one another and establishing a warm and safe rapport, we can get down to work! I find that reframing and reshaping your existing relationship with your worries and anxieties can be incredibly powerful.

What you can expect from our first session

We will explore the thoughts and feelings that have been arising, and develop an effective plan to bring you more ease in your daily life. Contacting me via text or email is typically best, but a phone call is okay too. Reach out to me about current availability and booking a free initial consultation. I look forward to working together!
