Great to meet you!

You may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck carrying stress that feels difficult to manage on your own. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions can quietly affect the way you move through daily life, leaving you feeling emotionally drained, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. At times, it may feel like you’re constantly trying to hold everything together while struggling internally with stress, burnout, or emotional pain. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered to begin healing in a healthier and more sustainable way.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, stress management, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences impact their daily lives and relationships. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and create healthier patterns moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe environment where you can openly process what’s been weighing on you without fear of judgment. I believe healing happens when clients feel emotionally safe while also being empowered to grow and challenge patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll work toward helping you build resilience, improve emotional balance, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more supported, self-aware, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
