Great to meet you!

You may have spent so much time surviving that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly feel at peace. Anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, anger, or painful life experiences can leave you emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, and wondering if things will ever get easier. You don't have to carry those burdens alone. I partner with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress management, and anger management so they can regain emotional balance, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater confidence and hope. Working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, I strive to create a compassionate, judgment free space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and beliefs that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and developing practical tools that support lasting healing. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful progress that extends beyond our sessions together. My approach incorporates Strength Based Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavioral Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because every client deserves care that is individualized, compassionate, and focused on what will be most helpful for their unique goals and experiences. Together, we can work through substance use and addiction, bipolar disorder, family issues, relationship issues, trauma, emotional regulation, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, and anger management, while building practical strategies that support long term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who creates a safe, supportive relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and challenged in ways that promote meaningful growth. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and respect while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks without judgment. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, rebuilding relationships, or working toward greater emotional balance, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more confident, and better equipped to face whatever comes next.
