I often work with people who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, emotional ups and downs, or being hard on themselves despite functioning well on the outside. We look at patterns and how you relate to yourself, how you relate to others, and what keeps repeating even when you're trying to change. Together, we build awareness, emotional regulation, and a more stable sense of self so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected. I integrate DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand these patterns while also building tools you can use in everyday life. I also incorporate inner child and self-worth work to help shift how you relate to yourself at a deeper level. I tend to be supportive but honest, balancing validation with gentle challenge so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.
