Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting others on their empowerment journey. My experience ranges from working with youth and families involved in juvenile justice and CPS to address behavioral change and family conflict, to helping adults and couples navigate the roller coaster of adulthood, relationships, and major life challenges. I’ve also worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I especially enjoy helping families strengthen their relationships and watching teens and young adults become stronger and more confident in themselves.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy helping people advocate for themselves and build their self-esteem. Your trauma, circumstances, or diagnosis may be part of your story, but they don’t have to define how the rest of it is written. I believe in meeting you where you are, acknowledging where you’ve been, and focusing on where you want to go. I am relaxed but always straightforward.

What you can expect from me

We’ll laugh, maybe cry, and I’ll challenge you when needed—but we’ll work hard together. Using Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, CBT, and DBT techniques; my approach is trauma informed, not trauma-crutched. And when it’s time for us to say goodbye, my goal is for you, your child, or your family to leave with the confidence and skills to keep growing.
