Great to meet you!

You might be here for yourself, or you might be here because your child is struggling and you're not sure what to do next. Either way, you don't have to carry this alone. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through some of life's hardest stretches, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. For families with younger kids, I bring experience in play therapy and parent coaching so the support reaches everyone who needs it, not just the individual. Clients often describe our work together as calm, collaborative, and a space where they finally feel heard.

My approach to therapy

Whatever brings you in, our work is focused on what you actually take with you: a clearer understanding of what's driving your anxiety or depression, practical tools that fit your real life, and a stronger sense of your own capacity to handle what's in front of you. For those who've been through trauma, we work at your pace, building trust and safety before anything else. I came to this work because I believe healing happens through connection, and that the relationship we build together matters just as much as anything else we do. Whether you're an adult who's been managing something alone for too long, or a parent trying to make sense of your child's emotions and behavior, I want to help you find a way through.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. I'll ask about what brought you here, what's been hard, and what you hope might look different on the other side. I like to think of it this way: you're the pilot and I'm the copilot. You're the expert on your own life, and my role is to help guide and support you as we work through things together. There's no pressure to share everything right away. We'll move at whatever pace feels right for you. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect.
