At Curious Hearts Counseling, I believe healing begins with curiosity—learning to understand yourself with compassion instead of judgment. The name was inspired by my daughter, who reminds me every day to approach life with openness, wonder, and kindness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, supporting teens, young adults, and new moms as they navigate identity, self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges of becoming who they are meant to be. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and create meaningful growth.

I help clients step through the looking glass of their inner world, reconnect with themselves, and build confidence. Using CBT, person-centered, strengths-based, and mindfulness approaches, we’ll notice patterns, challenge self-doubt, and gather practical tools for healthier relationships and deeper self-understanding.

Starting therapy can feel like falling into a rabbit hole—new, unfamiliar, and a little uncertain when you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed. In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you here, what you hope to understand or change, and begin mapping your path forward. My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently empowered.
