Great to meet you!

As a clinician, I prioritize building strong relationships with my clients, because I understand that a positive therapeutic alliance is crucial for facilitating meaningful change. I believe in the mind-body connection and living a balanced lifestyle. I also bring my personality to therapy! I'm often called humorous, solution-focused, and laid-back. If you want to talk before booking a session, call or text this number for a call-back: (954) 673-0270.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapeutic support to adults, adolescents, and children, with a focus on empowerment and personal development. My approach utilizes strength-based strategies. The point of therapy isn't to give you labels, tell you you're bad, or hurt you in any capacity. My goal is to help clients make informed choices that improve their quality of life and build their self-esteem. I'm also a proponent for holistic ways of living and Eastern medicine.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes I'll ask you to complete exercises, other times we may role-play, or maybe we spend a session just holding space for how you feel that day.

Expect us to dive into things with a balance between finding solutions and exploring 'where' problems stem from.

Remember, you are not the problem. You may have a problem, but we all have issues we can work on.

We can work together to discover who you are in spite of whatever you may have gone through or how you feel right now. Therapy is normal and incredibly special when you commit to it. I am truly honored to walk the path of healing with all of my clients.
