Great to meet you!

My therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. Rather than simply focusing on what is happening around us, I believe our emotional triggers can provide valuable insight into what is happening within us. Therapy can give us the space to explore those reactions with curiosity, better understand ourselves, and begin changing patterns that may no longer serve us.

My approach to therapy

My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, develop new tools, and feel empowered to create the growth you are looking for.

What you can expect from me

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and patterns while allowing you to move at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin exploring what may be happening beneath the surface of the challenges or triggers you’re experiencing.
