I have a Master's in Counseling & Development. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults who experience grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals struggling with life transitions, self esteem, relational issues and identity. I also enjoy women's issues and I am trained in EMDR.
Through collaboration and rapport, we can redefine your sense of self and shift from a place of surviving to thriving. Furthermore, I can utilize traditional talk-therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), psychotherapeutic yoga and mindfulness, as well as, expressive arts.
I believe that each individual is capable of harnessing their own inner strengths to overcome various obstacles and life stressors. We will explore your current resources and work together to strengthen those, as well as, create new resources. My approach entails empowering you along your journey of insight and growth.
