Great to meet you!

Hi, welcome. I’m a therapist who believes real change starts when you feel safe enough to be honest, even about the messy parts. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, I don’t just sit back, I actively help you make sense of what’s going on and move toward what actually helps. I combine practical coping tools with deeper emotional work, because both matter. My goal is for you to feel understood and also empowered, leaving sessions with more clarity, self-awareness, and something you can actually use in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive and collaborative. I believe real change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they’re going through without fear of judgment. I work alongside my clients to build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and lasting in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll have a relaxed but focused conversation to start getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and other aspects of your life to understand the bigger picture. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, just a space to start where it feels most important. I’ll also explain how I typically work and answer any questions you have about therapy. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clear sense of next steps.
