Great to meet you!

As an LMFT, I have 10 years of experience in offering hope to those who are hurting in a non-judgmental, warm, and open setting. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from UF in 2013, Master's from Nova Southeastern University in Family Therapy in 2015, was licensed in 2018, and have been working with individuals, couples, and families in school and private practice settings all the while. I specialize in working with grief and loss, anxiety, relationship issues, and adults in transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person is worthy of love and belonging, and I enter into the therapy process with that in mind. In therapy, I provide a safe and warm space, free of judgment and shame, to fully navigate the challenges before you. Integrating the work of narrative therapy with mindfulness-based emotional regulation techniques, I help clients process and integrate their challenging experiences into meaningful parts of their story.

What you can expect from me

My job is a privilege because I get to witness hundreds of courageous individuals walk into my office feeling hurt, alone, and anxious, and walk out with renewed hope and a fresh perspective on creating change in their stories. The work is challenging, but we can do it together. Wherever you are in your current experience, I feel privileged to be a provider of hope and agent of change in your story.
