Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Courtney,

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor , I work with adults of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and the everyday challenges of life. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and begin working toward meaningful change. In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time with my dogs.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed approach, drawing from CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I tailor treatment to your needs , using creative, authentic strategies to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and empower you in managing your mental health.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know you and learn more about your experiences, background, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about areas such as your family, relationships, medical and educational or work history, as well as your current strengths and challenges. Together, we’ll identify what you’d like to work toward and begin creating goals that feel meaningful and supportive for you.
