Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and genuine. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feels comfortable being themselves while developing greater insight, confidence, and practical tools for navigating life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, and solution-focused. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and art-based interventions based on each client's individual needs and preferences. We may explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while also identifying strengths and practical steps toward meaningful change. For clients who are interested, creative interventions can provide another way to explore experiences that may be difficult to put into words. No artistic experience is needed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin identifying what you would like to work on in therapy. I will ask about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and goals, while giving you plenty of space to share at your own pace. You are also welcome to ask questions about me or the therapy process. Together, we will begin developing a plan that feels realistic, useful, and tailored to you.
