About Me

I have a passion for helping individuals cope and find peace in the midst of living with physical health conditions. I use integrative therapeutic practices, including evidence-based psychotherapy, to meet each individual where they are in life. I take a holistic approach to consider the mind-body interaction and utilize techniques such as clinical hypnosis and mindfulness to help individuals reduce stress and manage chronic pain.

I received my doctorate in psychology

from the University of Iowa and have specialized training as a health

psychologist. I have spent my career working in hospital and private practice

settings to help individuals from all identities, ability statuses, and walks

of life to increase their well-being and live valued lives. It would be an

honor to join you on your wellness journey.
