Great to meet you!

If you're driven, dedicated, and ready for change but feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, negative self-talk, or self-doubt, you're not alone. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health and a second Master's in the Art of Teaching. I specialize in women's issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and personal growth. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life you want to create.

My clinical experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and children in inpatient, school-based, and community mental health settings. In addition to my clinical work, I am the author of a children's book on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), reflecting my passion for making emotional wellness and coping skills accessible at every stage of life. These experiences have equipped me to support clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the effects of difficult life experiences.

My goal is to help you quiet your inner critic, embrace your strengths, and become the most authentic version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we learn to approach ourselves with curiosity instead of criticism. Together, we'll explore the beliefs and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and aligned with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where they feel comfortable being themselves. During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. My priority is to help you feel heard, supported, and hopeful as we begin working together.
