Great to meet you!

You are functioning, but barely. The to-do list resets before you finish it, you are running on caffeine and momentum, and somewhere along the way you stopped noticing what you actually want. I work with individuals, and especially women, who are carrying far more than they let on. Burnout, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and ADHD that often went unnoticed until adulthood are what I see most. My goal is not just getting you through the week. It is helping you handle life with more room to breathe and feel like yourself again in the middle of it.

My approach to therapy

I work from a humanistic foundation, so you set the direction and I meet you as a whole person rather than a symptom list. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, addressing the thoughts, the physical stress your body is holding, and the practical next step.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is low pressure. You tell me what your days actually look like and where things are breaking down, and we figure out what you want to feel instead. We will land on a goal or two and something you can try that week. You will leave knowing exactly what working together looks like.
