Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist with individual, adolescent, adult, and group experience. I support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, family/parenting conflicts, motivation, and life transitions through a combination of holistic, behavioral and solutions-focused approaches.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Social Studies and a Master of Science in Counselor Education with a concentration in School Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor and School Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor.

My approach to therapy

My core values of emotional well-being and security, integrity, and compassion are fundamental to my approach to care; I prioritize creating a safe and secure environment where clients feel emotionally supported and valued. Integrity guides my practice, ensuring that I am always honest, transparent, and ethical in my interactions and treatment plans. Compassion is at the heart of everything I do, allowing me to connect deeply with clients and understand their unique experiences. These values shape every aspect of my work, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine care.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to establish a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy. Together, we will work to build a safe space free of judgment. Every person is unique and presents with distinctive challenges, so my approach is as unique as you are and rooted in holistic behavioral and solution-focused strategies. As we work together, our journey will lead to opportunities for self-exploration and growth. We’ll set goals centered on the changes you want to see and use your existing strengths to navigate the journey. I offer free consultations to see if we are a fit.
