Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am an LCSW with over 12 years of experience. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to support you as you work towards your goals. I would like all of my clients to know that I genuinely care about the people I work with and feel honored to walk alongside them in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership- we will work together to establish goals, explore challenges and build on your strengths.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we'll focus on creating a safe and welcoming space where you can share what brings you to therapy. I'll ask some gentle questions to get to know you better- your goals, your challenges, and what support you're looking for. We'll also talk through what to expect in therapy and answer any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you.
