Great to meet you!

Therapy is a deeply personal, transformative process—one that can be both challenging and profoundly meaningful. Many people come to me feeling stuck, anxious, burned out, or questioning their sense of purpose. They find themselves repeating patterns or feeling disconnected, asking, “Why do I feel this way?”

I believe therapy is more than symptom relief—it’s a space to slow down, reflect, and explore the messy, complex parts of being human. It’s where you don’t have to have it all together—a space to be seen, understood, and accepted, even when that’s hard to offer yourself.

My approach is warm, candid, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a detached, clinical dynamic. Instead, I offer genuine connection and thoughtful exploration to help you uncover the beliefs, patterns, and fears that shape your life—and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I’ve worked extensively with high-achieving professionals—therapists, physicians, attorneys, executives—facing burnout, addiction, professional challenges, or the quiet disconnection success can bring. But I also work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship struggles. Whoever you are, your experience is welcome here.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been lost, hidden, or dismissed. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m honored to walk alongside you in this process of self-discovery and transformation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My work is rooted in Jungian, Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic perspectives, grounded in a deep belief that self-understanding leads to lasting change. I help clients explore the emotional patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that have shaped their lives—often unconsciously—and begin to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been silenced or forgotten.

Whether you’re carrying unresolved grief, self-doubt, identity confusion, or the weight of past trauma, I offer a space where you can show up fully—messy, uncertain, whole—and be met with warmth, honesty, and genuine care. Our work is collaborative and flexible, integrating reflection, emotional exploration, and real-world shifts to help you navigate life’s complexity with more clarity, confidence, and meaning.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is a collaborative, honest process rooted in deep connection. You’ll be met with warmth, candor, and a space where you don’t have to filter your emotions. This is a place for the real, messy, complicated parts of being human—anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, grief, identity shifts, relationship pain, or just feeling lost.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs beneath the surface—how past wounds or unmet needs may still be shaping your present. Through this process, you’ll gain greater emotional clarity, a deeper connection to your values, and practical tools to shift stuck patterns, set boundaries, and build a more grounded, authentic relationship with yourself and others.
