Great to meet you!

As someone who has personally navigated anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm, I understand the courage it takes to seek help. My own healing journey inspired me to become a therapist who creates safe, supportive spaces for others to explore their inner world without fear or judgment.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based techniques to support emotional healing and personal growth.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have experience working in both clinical and community-based settings. I’ve worked with teens, young adults, and women from diverse backgrounds, helping them build resilience, confidence, and a deeper connection with themselves.

If you’re ready to take a step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk with you

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe healing happens when we address the mind, body, and spirit together. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a warm, compassionate presence that encourages self-exploration, emotional healing, and personal growth.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the whole person—their experiences, strengths, and goals. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make lasting changes in their lives

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and more equipped to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you gain practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and negative thinking—while also deepening your self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence.
