Great to meet you!

Hi! I am glad you are here. Therapy works best when there is a real relationship at the center of it. I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and feeling truly understood. While techniques matter, the therapeutic relationship is what makes change possible. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with people in helping roles since 2011 and providing therapy since 2015. I’ve worked in nonprofits, education, and private residential treatment for women. I care deeply about my clients’ day-to-day lives and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My style is caring and direct. I will validate your experience while also being honest and straightforward, always with your growth in mind. I specialize in anxiety, substance use, trauma, and attachment-related concerns.

I use a person-centered approach and integrate Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each individual. If you’re looking for a therapist who is invested, relational, and honest, I’d be honored to work with you.

What you can expect from me

I want to listen and build rapport with you in our first session. I want to hear about what you are needing.
