Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life's challenges. I'm passionate about helping people discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe there is no one size fits all approach, so I work with each client to develop strategies that fit their unique strengths and goals. I use evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills they can use in everyday life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, behavioral challenges, stress, self esteem, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll focus on building healthy coping skills, increasing confidence, improving emotional well being, and creating positive changes that support your personal goals. I want every client to leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and equipped with tools they can use long after therapy ends.
