I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and kink-friendly, and I welcome diverse identities and relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, kink/BDSM, and other alternative relationship dynamics. You shouldn’t have to spend therapy defending or justifying consensual aspects of your relationships, sexuality, or identity. Instead, we can focus on what brought you to therapy and what you want your life and relationships to become.
My work recognizes the ways mental health can intersect with trauma, relationships, physical health, identity, sexuality, and life transitions. We may work together on concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, communication, boundaries, intimacy, relationship patterns, self-esteem, adjustment to chronic illness, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
I approach therapy collaboratively and without judgment. My goal is to create an environment where you can speak openly, better understand yourself and your patterns, strengthen your relationships, and develop tools that support meaningful and sustainable change. You don’t have to know exactly where therapy will lead. We can start with where you are.
