Hi, I’m Courtney! With over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating life’s many transitions-whether at home, school, or work. I’ve supported children, adolescents, teens, and adults in both school and outpatient settings, helping them process challenges and find paths forward.
I believe that therapy is beneficial for everyone, and that combining art and talk therapy can offer a powerful way to express emotions, explore thoughts, and connect with both mind and body. Whether you’re working through worries, insecurities or aspirations, I provide a safe space to talk-and maybe even create a little art along the way!
