Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here! I'm Courtney, and I look forward to applying my range of my clinical experience in schools and private practice to walk alongside you in therapy. I hold a Master of Social Work from Boise State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and clients from trauma backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a supportive, empowering, and affirming environment for clients in therapy. I put time into building rapport with you, by developing and leaning into your strengths, and assisting in building the confidence so that one day you can identify them independently. I utilize solution focused strategies to ensure therapy is not only a safe space to process and discuss your emotions, but also a place where you can work towards identified goals.

What you can expect from me

After a session together, you can expect to take away coping skills and strategies that are unique to you and your experiences. You can also expect to take away continued opportunities for introspection and reflection, following your lead as we build our relationship.
