I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12+ years experience in mental health. During that time I've worked in a variety of clinical settings and with diverse populations. I currently specialize in working with transitional aged youth and college students.

I utilize a trauma informed, cognitive behavioral framework while incorporating mindfulness and if appropriate, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). EMDR can be an effective approach in addressing trauma and many of our long held beliefs that keep an individual feeling ‘stuck’.

My client's are primarily college students or recent graduates, seeking balance in their lives and a space to process life events. I strive to create a genuine, warm, trusting and collaborative space where my clients feel empowered to explore, process and heal.
