Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I enjoy helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and guiding clients through major life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with parents who are helping their children launch into high school or college, or who are supporting children with educational and emotional disabilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is warm, validating, curious, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual client. My theoretical framework is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, interpersonal, developmental, cognitive behavioral and attachment theories. I believe in creating a positive, collaborative, and supportive relationship with clients. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore the issues bringing you into therapy and set goals to help you achieve your desired result. Please message me if our times don't coincide and I can share additional availability.
