Great to meet you!

Oh, hello there! If you've ever wanted support around faith, anxiety, and/or addiction, I may be just the person for you. I have a passion for working with people who struggle with substance use and behavioral addictions and feel strongly that you can overcome them. If anxiety is an additional struggle or a separate beast all on its own, have no fear! I have lots of skills to help you take back power over your own mind and to help you get comfortable with stillness. I also can help you navigate concerns with your relationship with God, religion, and spirituality with an open-mind if that is something you hope for in our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I like to spend the first session or two really getting to know who you are and what your hopes and goals are. Once we are on the same page, I like to explore all kinds of coping skills and will help challenge your thinking to see what works for you in your day to day life. Most often, that's a combination of CBT, DBT, SFT, and ACT skills. I love to collaborate with you to help you see progress, healing, and growth.

What you can expect from me

I offer focused individual sessions to explore your concerns, help you make sense of what feels messy, and identify clear paths forward. I'll walk with you through those experiences and be that listening ear, sounding board, or kick in the pants you need to get you moving in the direction that feels right for you.
