I bring both personal and professional experience into my work as a therapist. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a veteran, which gives me a deep understanding of resilience, transition, and the unique challenges that come with major life shifts. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and a fitness coach, and I specialize in supporting women and couples through issues such as anxiety, relationship challenges, motherhood, identity shifts, and life balance. My approach is a blend of therapy and coaching, offering a holistic mind–body perspective that helps clients not only process emotions but also build practical strategies for lasting growth and well-being.
