Great to meet you!

I genuinely care about the people I work with. Life can feel overwhelming, lonely, or confusing at times, and you do not have to move through those seasons alone. I believe people come to therapy with purpose. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, my role is to help you make sense of what is happening in a way that feels authentic and practical for you. Together, we will explore not only your inner world, but also how your relationships impact your growth.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I take a systemic approach to therapy, meaning I look at the bigger picture—your relationships, life transitions, and the patterns that shape your experiences. I work best with individuals and couples navigating relational challenges, stress, anxiety, or major life changes who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and confident in building the life and relationships you have always imagined.
