Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor in MO who earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. As a seasoned Christian Counselor she will walk alongside others in a therapeutic relationship while actively listening, gently encouraging and tangibly supporting in a safe, relaxed, and judgment free environment. She will use her seasoned areas of experience to facilitate the overcoming and resolution of difficulties, obstacles, and struggles that arise in life.

My approach to therapy

Courtney has diversified experience working with individuals, couples, and families in all stages of life and situations including but not limited to depression, anxiety, parenting/family issues, bullying, grief, conflict resolution, crisis intervention and trauma. She will be incorporating clinical counseling skills of mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while including an eclectic of therapies to best serve the person(s) and circumstances. Courtney will include agreed upon goals with individualized treatment plans which are solution focused strategies combined with therapeutic principles.
