Hi! I'm a psychotherapist and have a passion for what I do. I received my MSW degree from Aurora University in 2018. I specialize in OCD & Anxiety Disorders (phobias, panic, etc.), Skin-picking & Hair-pulling, Tics/Tourette's, and Trauma. I am trained in the evidence-based treatments for OCD, BFRBs and Tics, including Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, HRT and the ComB model, and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT).
I enjoy working with the client to find an approach that is unique to the client's situation. I utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure & response prevention therapy, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and client centered.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment for my clients to share their experiences. I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives and I aim to be a guide in helping client's live their best life. I never tell my clients what to do. I encourage my clients to take charge of their own path. I'm a very interactive and empowering therapist. I will help you find the best treatment plan for you concerns.
