Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience working with clients of various cultural backgrounds and presenting concerns. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings that have afforded me the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge to assist clients in reaching their optimal potential. I specialize in treating adults having difficulty coping with grief and loss, those wanting to heal from childhood trauma, manage depression and anxiety, and build their self-esteem.

I believe that every client is special and unique in their own way and for that reason my therapeutic style is designed to be an integrative and collaborative approach. It is my goal to work with you to identify your strengths, increase your self-awareness, and assist you in your journey to overall wellness including that of mind, body, and spirit.
