Great to meet you!

Welcome to Path of Mindfulness Therapy. There may be many reasons you are here, and I welcome them all. As someone who was a client long before becoming a counselor, I deeply respect the courage it takes to consider change—especially when the outcome is uncertain. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space and will walk alongside you in a therapeutic role.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Choice Theory/Reality Therapy. I believe effective counseling honors each person’s unique experiences while supporting both insight and practical change.

What you can expect from me

As a mental health counselor, I work with adolescents and adults (ages 15–75) who are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change during life transitions or emotional challenges. Clients often come to therapy to manage anxiety or depression, process trauma, navigate unexpected life circumstances, or better understand themselves and their relationships. Therapy is a space to explore patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop tools that support growth and self-direction. Together, we work to create a thoughtful and sustainable path forward.
