Great to meet you!

Hey There! I am Courtney a Licensed Clinical Social Woker. Thank you for visiting my page. I realize we all have needs/wants and those needs/wants matter. We all come to therapy with unique experiences and you are the expert of your experience. Sometimes things can become too difficult to handle on our own and we need some extra help figuring out the best way to move forward for us. I am here to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to help support you to move forward. I recently completed training in EMDR and I am currently in consultation. I will provide a safe and welcoming environment to introduce and implement EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive behavioral therapy: TF-CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy: CPT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: CBT, or Motivation Interviewing to address difficulties/concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you will come to our session and experience a warm, inviting, and safe space to process through your thoughts/needs/wants. At the end of session I hope you leave feeling a little more confident and capable to move forward.
