I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia but moved to Colorado to be closer to the beautiful mountains! I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2007) as well as my Master of Education in Professional Counseling (2012) from the University of West Georgia. I have worked in all levels of care and I specialize in grief, pre/postpartum support, OCD, and life transitions. I am a certified DBT therapist.

I use a lot of humor in my work with clients. I am inquisitive as well as direct, when necessary.
