Great to meet you!

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you find the tools and confidence to move forward. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. You don't have to have all the answers or carry everything on your own. Together, we'll work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their growth. Together, we work toward healthier relationships, greater emotional balance, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brought you to counseling, and explore what you hope to change. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, concerns, and goals while giving you space to share at your own pace. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the path forward. Together, we'll begin identifying practical steps toward the changes you want to make.
