Great to meet you!
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and Mental Health from Southern Arkansas University, and I have spent the past six years working primarily with adolescents and their families. I also bring prior experience supporting college students at The University of Texas at Tyler and The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. My work has focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, attachment wounds, abandonment concerns, family stress, school or college challenges, and life transitions. I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, especially when you are carrying painful experiences or patterns that feel hard to change. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as we work toward healing, stability, and meaningful growth!
