Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background as a registered nurse and a passion for helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and sleep issues across adolescents and adults. Clients describe me as open-minded, empowering, and direct, someone who listens closely but also provides clear guidance and structure.

My goal is to create a safe and judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you’re going through and feel confident that you’re getting evidence-based, individualized care.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends clinical expertise with practical, real-world support. I believe healing works best when clients feel like their provider is truly on their team, so I focus on collaboration, education, and straightforward communication.

Together, we’ll explore your symptoms, patterns, and goals, then build a treatment plan tailored to you. This may include medication management, lifestyle guidance, and supportive therapeutic strategies that help you feel more balanced, grounded, and in control of your life.

I don’t take a “one size fits all” approach. I meet you where you are, help you understand why you’re experiencing what you’re experiencing, and guide you toward meaningful, long-term progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your symptoms, history, current stressors, and what you want to change or feel better about. I’ll help you understand what may be contributing to your challenges, answer questions, and explain treatment options in a clear and supportive way.

Expect a calm, welcoming environment with no pressure and no judgment. You’ll leave with a clear plan, an understanding of next steps, and confidence that you have a provider who shows up for you, consistently, compassionately, and honestly.
