Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping people work through anxiety, depression, cope with loss, and embrace their authentic selves. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based therapy, helping you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck while drawing on your natural resilience and inner strengths. I’m especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, offering an inclusive environment where all identities are welcomed and respected.

I’m a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) dedicated to helping individuals navigate grief, loss, and major life transitions with compassion and care. Using the TEAR Model—which focuses on Telling your story, Experiencing the pain, Adjusting to life without your loved one, and Reinvesting in new relationships and goals.

Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, exploring your identity, or adjusting to a new stage of life, I offer a safe and affirming space where your story is honored and your healing can unfold. Together, we’ll work toward healing, balance, and renewed meaning—at your pace and in your own way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strength-based and empowering, focusing on helping clients recognize their inner resilience and capacity for growth. Together, we identify patterns in their lives that may be holding them back and work collaboratively to create meaningful change. I believe that each person has the tools within themselves to build a more fulfilling and balanced life, and my role is to guide and support them in that process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe, welcoming space where we’ll get to know each other and begin building the foundation for your healing journey. I’ll gently ask about your background, including your experiences, current challenges, and what brought you to therapy. This helps me understand your unique story and how best to support you.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—this is simply the start of a collaborative process where your comfort and pace are respected. My goal is to listen with compassion and create a space where you feel heard, seen, and understood from the very beginning.
