Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and have a passion for helping people achieve their goals. I started as a case manager helping people access needed resources in the community and have been practicing therapy for over 4 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I start with providing client's with explanations of what to expect in the therapy process and getting to know my individual's client's goals. We work together on establishing realistic and attainable goals, one step at a time.

What you can expect from our first session

What to expect from me is to feel heard, validated, and provided evidenced based therapy approaches. These approaches are delivered in a humanistic, and individualized manner.
