Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years and have a passion for helping people achieve their goals. I started as a case manager helping people with mental illness access needed resources in the community, improve their quality of life and have been practicing therapy for over 6 years.

My approach to therapy

I start with providing client's with explanations of what to expect in the therapy process and getting to know my individual's client's goals. We work together on establishing realistic and attainable goals, one step at a time.
