As we move throughout our lives, there are instances in which we find ourselves experiencing feelings that can be hard to describe, let alone understand. Mood changes, life transitions, trauma, loss and self esteem issues are just a few of the elements we encounter in our quest to have a fulfilling life. Learning how to optimistically cope with or eliminate these feelings altogether is a daunting task but with the right effort and determination, the goal is attainable.
