Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Courtney, Licensed Professional Counselor in the DFW area. With over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about helping clients of all ages navigate life transitions including school, career changes, parenting, and relationships. These transitions can bring about uncomfortable feelings or challenge us to learn something new about ourselves. I believe working through difficulties can bring hope, healing, and ultimately growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My hope is that my clients experience a warm, nonjudgmental, empathetic counselor first and foremost. I believe in the importance of looking at a client as a whole person rather than just focusing on a presenting problem. I take into consideration the client's physical and emotional needs as well as leveraging the client's support system.

What you can expect from our first session

I love to collaborate with clients helping them find their identity, their strengths, their passions, and help to understand their value so that they reach their therapeutic goals. I hope you leave sessions feeling validated, safe, valued, with actionable takeaways from our work together. You are important and you matter. I would love to work with you!
