Great to meet you!

Healing begins when you feel seen, supported, and cared for. I help children, teens, adults, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With more than 20 years of experience in counseling and education, I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach that helps individuals and families build resilience and move forward with renewed hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Using attachment-based, trauma-focused, relational, existential, and solution-focused approaches, I help clients gain insight, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I genuinely enjoy helping people make sense of their stories and discover what healing and growth could look like for them. One question I often ask is, "If things were better, what would life look like for you?" In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what matters most to you. There's no rush and no pressure, just a safe space to begin. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
