I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 17 years experience working with individuals, families, couples and groups. My goal is to normalize the therapeutic process for my clients and create a safe space for people to process and heal.

My approach is therapy should be client centered and feel like a normal conversation between two people.

Clients should expect to leave a session feeling empowered and with ideas and thoughts that they can reflect on until the next session.
